Digital Marketing Executive
- Type: Permanent

Responsibilities
- Communicate, pitch, and onboard clients from the leads the agency provides and your sales pipeline.
- Maintain client relations and manage accounts and projects associated.
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels.
- Drive revenue generation by promoting and selling KWETU Marketing Agency’s services and solutions.
- Content creation and management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and implement creative and engaging digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role (Agency experience is a plus).
- Previous hands-on experience with client, campaigns and project management (mandatory)
- Campaign execution experience in Social media marketing, Pay-per-click advertising, Email Marketing (mandatory)
- Adobe Suite & Canva proficiency for graphic design and content creation (mandatory)
- Content creation experience with AI tools
- WordPress Website Design and SEO experience is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Certifications are a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in working remotely.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Enrolled or completed digital marketing courses from platforms like HubSpot, HootSuite, Meta, Google’s Skillshop, or others.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and projects.
- Effective time management skills.
