Job Description:
As a Digital Sales Executive at KWETU Marketing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by selling our digital marketing services, packages, and custom solutions to prospective clients. This is a permanent position with a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility for remote work as well as in-office collaboration when necessary. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, cultivating relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and digital platforms.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ goals, challenges, and pain points, and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their needs.
- Present and pitch our digital marketing services, packages, and custom solutions effectively to key decision-makers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits.
- Manage the sales pipeline diligently, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Engage in account management activities, including nurturing existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize Upwork and other freelance platforms to identify potential projects and clients, and effectively manage accounts to drive revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs consistently, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marketing, advertising, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
